Superfood: What are you
According to Merriam-Webster Dictionary, a Superfood is a food rich in compounds and is considered highly beneficial to one's health.

Time magazine's
Josh Schonwald released an article in 2014 that takes the definition one step further and tells us why these plants and foods are so superior.

Super Nutritional Benefits:
High in Protein, Omega-3s, Antioxidants, Foliate,Phytonutrients (nutrients from plants), and Fiber. They are low in Fat and Gluten free.

Super Traits:
Plants that contain these super traits have the ability to grow astronomically fast, some in the harshest of weather climates and some can filter dirty water into fresh drinking water.


Example Superfoods:
A small portion of Moringa leaves has SEVEN times the amount of Vitamin C in an orange.

A cup serving of Breadfruit has THREE times the potassium of a banana.
