Lentil Dip for the Munch
This lentil dip is delicious and easy to make ahead so you have something to conveniently munch on all week. Eat it with pita, crackers, with rice or naan.
In the picture below the lentil dip is served with pickles,
grilled mushrooms, and peppers, with a bean dip as well as a fresh hummus.
